Remarks about this campervan made by one of our recent clients
Hello Martin, if you're willing and able to use this little story on your website or wherever, please do. We loved our holiday. Thanks, Di
In forty two days Explorer has travelled over 4500 miles, from Land's End to Isle of Skye, including 400 miles to the Somme region of France.
Kesh and Jerry were great at the start and end of our holiday with their friendly help.
Because of the daily travel, in all that time we not once connected to electricity and the leisure battery maintained the fridge and sink pump 24/7 and kept our phones and devices fully charged at all times. The USB ports are conveniently located and the diesel heater a gem.
Campervan Tours has subscribed to Britstops and the Caravan and Camping Club which is absolutely marvellous. We stayed at lovely pubs and would have a pint and sometimes a meal, and the C&C Club allow for about £7 to empty the toilet, fill the water and have a shower. Or you pay the usual fee and stay the night, do some laundry and use power if wanted.
Also much appreciated was the wifi and Tom Tom.
The Transit is so manouverable and easily parked that we have driven places most people would only walk.
And we've been everywhere man!
